I moved to the countryside 5 years ago and within 20 minutes of getting the keys to our new house, I ordered 3 hens! The veggie garden took a while longer, but now provides me with lots of fruit and vegetables! I was given a sewing machine a few years ago as a present. Strange I thought, but what the hell? I can honestly now say that I use it all the time!!
I work for an airline as cabin crew part time (15 days a month) and when not flying, I make jams, jellies, cakes, puddings and things of out fabric. It started as a hobby, but friends soon suggested that I should try selling my wares! I took part in a Christmas fair a couple of years ago and it has really taken off from there.
